令和７年（2025年）１２月１５日（月）16:00〜令和８年(2026年)１月１４日（水）12:00

【注意！】 出願時、県外（海外を含む）に居住する児童、または県内に在住し県外の小学校に在籍している児童で、特別事情により、本校に入学を志願する場合は、令和７年（2025年）年12月15（月）16：00から令和８年（2026年）１月７日（水）12：00までにシステムで中等教育学校長の入学志願承認が必要です。

[Attention!] When applying, if a child resides outside the prefecture (including overseas), or resides within the prefecture but is enrolled in an elementary school outside the prefecture, and wishes to apply for admission to this school due to special circumstances, approval from the principal of the secondary school through the system is required between December 15, 2025 (Mon) at 16:00 and January 7, 2026 (Wed) at 12:00.

志願者は、小学校長承認期限（１月１４日（水）１２：００まで）を過ぎると出願できません。また、志願者は、小学校出願承認情報等の変更はできません。十分注意してください。
