RABANADA
French toast with cinnamon
We always eat this kind of desert with Christmas dinner.

RABANADA (French toast with cinnamon - Served at Christmas)

Ingredients:
        1 French bread 
        Eggs
        Sugar 
        Milk
        Cinnamon

Directions:
        Put some milk in a plate or a bowl.
        In another plate put 2 eggs, one by one.
        Slice the bread (not so thin).
        Take 1 slice of  the bread.

        Wet  each slice in the milk, then wet in the eggs.
        Put them on another plate and reserve.
@@  When you finish with all the bread,
        fry the bread until brown.

        After that, roll the slice on sugar and then on cinnamon.
        By the way it's better if you mix the sugar with the cinnamon
        and then roll the slices.
