Student Rights

A: Do you think it's OK for a teacher to search your belongings?
B: No, I don't. I don't think it's OK.
A: Why do you say so?
B: Because students have rights.
A: But, if someone brings a knife to school, the school will not be safe.
B: That may be true, but we must protect our rights. What do you think?
A: I don't think students have rights.
