certificate as a qualified care worker in the shortest time possible,
3 years. In long-term care training, you will receive many opportunities to work along-side many active professionals. In addition you will also learn the significance of team collaboration while working and learning together with friends. Now that Japan is an aging society there is great potential after graduating due to the increasing need for care workers. Future prospects as a certified care worker, is a future as an active role in interpersonal support care worker. Course
details
The first set of students who graduated in 2020 did so with 97% passing the national qualifications test. After graduation around 80% of students go onto university vocational schools such as welfare and medical schools to acquire a deeper more specialized knowledge and skills. About 20% of employment requires qualified personnel, since we have the basic knowledge and skills and the qualifications we receive many job offers from various companies. There is a wide range of ways to utilize your qualification as a certified care worker and many ways to play an active role not only in long-term care facilities but many other ways. |

worker qualification
The “care worker qualification” is a national qualification that proves you are certified and have acquired the required level of specialized knowledge and skills in regards to nursing care and long-term care. Being
a welfare care worker is not only about “helping” those who need
care. This profession that supports the way of life and purpose of
those in need of long-term care. It is a job that requires knowing
what a person in that condition needs, theoretically analyzing it,
making a plan, and supporting those closest to ensure the execution
of that plan. It is about becoming a specialist who can improve the
quality of life for those in their care. |
