On August 7th we had a train trip to Kyoto, old capital of Japan. We visited 2 temples. It was a extreamly hot day. When we visited Golden Pavilion, Kinkaku-ji , we had a shower.

On August 5th we had a big dancing festival named "SUMMER FESTIVAL 2000". People of each village make groups of dancing teams and compete with each other.
Our town's people enjoyed very much being with our American friends.

August 4th, We visited two elementery schools. The kids of these school performed Unisycle, and Kabuki .

We are very happy to have wonderful students, staffs and teachers from Middletown, Ca.
After the reception we had exchange meeting in the gym. After lunch we walked down Main Street of our town visiting some stores and shops.
