Intercultural Exchange in Nepal

(Twelve grade G.N)

It has been four years since Maiko High school started exchanging with Nepal. The aims of exchange are "Intercultural Exchange" "To learn about School Earthquake Safety program by National Society for Earthquake Technology, NGO" "To convey about the lessons of Great Kobe-Earthquake". We had a homestay in Nepal, and then we could talk with many students in Nepal, they also leaned natural disaster, so we exchanged a lot of opinions about it. This stay made me learn how different between Nepal and Japan, It means difference of place produces difference of measures of disaster reduction.
