バスケットを通じた交流韓国の明知（ミョンチ）高校と本校 Basketball Matches brings forth International Friendship
親善試合（明知高校対本校） A friendly match ( Myongji High Vs Nishinomiya
Imazu High )
８月５日、ソウルの明知（ミョンチ）高校バスケットボール部員らが本校を
訪れ、体育館で親善試合、食堂で本校バスケット部員との交流、を行いました。
明知（ミョンチ）高校は、韓国全国大会３位の強豪チームで、交流後は
本校はじめ、阪神間の高校や市内の小中学校のバスケットボール部員ら
約２００人が練習方法や競技技術の指導を受けました。
August 5th, Myongji High School in Seoul paid a friendly visit to our
school. The basketball members of each school had a friendly match in
our gymnasium before the luncheon was held to promote friendship and
mutual understandings. The basketball team of Myongji High School is
superbly strong enough to rank third in the national high school
tournament. So, thereafter, they gave instructions about how to
practice and improve ball techniques and game tactics to about 200
hundred students from other high schools and elementary and junior high
schools in Nishinomiya City and Hanshin district
本校バスケット部員との交流 A Luncheon Party
明知高校の梁謹錫（ヤングンソック）校長先生は、「韓日間で教科書
問題がとりだたされている今こそ、若者が心を通わせる機会を持ち続ける
ことが大切だ」と語られました。また、梁校長先生は在日本韓国民団主催
の歓迎会で、この催しが在日韓国人の皆様の努力で成功したことと、
在日韓国人の置かれている状況についての深い理解を挨拶の中で
示されました。
Yang Keun Seak, principal of Myongji High, said, " It is very important
for young people of both countries to take every opportunity to promote
mutual understanding in this very time when the controversial school
textbook issue arises." He attended a welcome party sponsored by The
Korean Residents Association in Japan, saying that this event was
successful thanks to the Korean residents here. He also showed a
profound understanding to the situation where the Korean residents in
Japan are suffering.
